For every penny pledged, your name will be entered into a drawing to win a 2008 Buick and over one hundred other great prizes. Enter your pledge online by completing the information below and Thunderbird Charities will invoice you after the tournament and disburse your donation to the selected charity.

Step 1

I pledge and promise to donate for every birdie made during the 2008 FBR Open to the Birdies for Charity Program. You may also specify a one time donation instead (please make check payable to THUNDERBIRD CHARITIES).

If 1500 birdies are made, my total pledge would be:
$0.01 = $15.00	$0.04 = $60.00
$0.02 = $30.00	$0.05 = $75.00
$0.03 = $45.00	$0.10 = $150.00
